Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a flexible return policy that allows you to evaluate your purchase within 14 days or 250 miles from the delivery date, ensuring you have enough time to decide if you want to return or exchange the item.
Easy Return and Exchange Procedure
If you need to start a return or exchange, simply contact us by email before 5 PM PDT on the 14th day from when you received your item. The delivery date is considered Day 0.
Return Conditions
We cannot accept returns for items that have been altered, damaged, involved in an accident, or modified in any way. Additionally, items used as loan collateral (encumbered items) are not eligible for return.
